Upcoming DTH provider opts for the JETZLOG DVB Logging System

Chennai, August 21, 2008: JETZ BROADBAND announced today that their DVB Logging System – JETZLOG – has been selected by an upcoming DTH service provider. The order, won in the face of intense international competition, comprises a complete 300 channel, DVB S2, logging solution.

The JETZLOG solution was selected by the DTH provider for several reasons. Primary among them was JETZ BROADBAND’s understanding of the DTH provider’s requirement and consequent ability to provide a customised solution and the flexibility and cost effectiveness of the solution provided.

Mr. S. Ramesh Babu, Senior General Manager – Technology said, “What really swung the DTH provider in our favour was the fact that we presented them a flexible solution and not a rigid box solution. Our solution is tailored to their existing hardware infrastructure. Moreover, with each logger capable of handling over 40 channels, the overall result is a reliable and cost-effective solution that delivers more for less.”
